They Are Unfair

They are unfair. They terminate you to make room for a Spanish woman and do not give you a justifiable excuse. Next the Spanish woman has left after a few months and you are left out of a job because they had to get rid of a black person but then in the end they eventually put another black in the spot of Medical Staff
